Welcome to the chamberlain house

Welcome to Chamberlain House, your next event venue! We are currently undergoing renovations to transform our bed and breakfast into the perfect space for your next gathering. Stay tuned for pictures of our newly renovated event areas and the charming Short Barn, all set on our beautiful property and ready for your 2024 summer event.

  • 4000 square feet of living space inside the house

  • Fully equipped and spacious kitchen

  • Two dining rooms with ample seating

  • Accommodations:  5 Bedrooms all with private baths.  Two bedrooms with king-size beds and three bedrooms with queen-size beds.  All linens & towels are included.  

  • Second-floor common area with coffee station, small fridge, and desk area for those who can leave work behind.

  • ​WiFi, Cable TV, 

  • Sweeping views of the backyard, Round Pond Harbor, and Muscongus Bay can be enjoyed from 4 of the 5 rooms

  • Outdoor Deck (12’ x 30’) with seating for 12 along with several intimate seating areas nestled around the backyard patio & fire-pit.

  • ​New this summer is the “Short Barn” for hosting rehearsal dinners, farewell brunch, small gatherings/weddings, or family reunions, along with a drop-down patio and fire pit

  • ​New this summer a 40 x 60 tent pad which can host a tent for 150 guests.
